Idaho - born and raised. Returned here in 1998 after twenty years of other places. I've lived in the Seattle, WA area and Albuquerque, NM. I've been married to the same man for almost 27 years. It sounds pretty boring, but my life has had it's moments. I have a BA in Political Science and have done some graduate work in Reading and Literacy. My kids occupied my time for at least a solid 12 years. Then I ventured into teaching preschool and substitute teaching. I've run for the Idaho Legislature twice, but we don't elect too many Democrats here. I am passionate about my kids, my hobbies and my spiritual journey. I've been fighting a middle-age depression with poetry and prose.
